The Programme
St. Lucia, in plain terms.
The most recent Caribbean CBI programme — launched in 2015 — and the one most carefully designed in light of what the older programmes learned. Saint Lucia's National Economic Fund route is well-priced for individual applicants, the due-diligence framework is rigorous by intent, and the programme's relative quietness in the market often means it slips under the radar of mass-market firms — exactly the kind of place a senior advisor knows to look.

Frequently asked
About the St. Lucia programme.
01 Do I need to submit a separate St. Lucia Citizenship by Investment application for each family member?
No, this is not necessary. Spouses and dependent children up to the age of 30 may be included on the same application for Saint Lucian citizenship by investment. You may also include your dependent parents who are at least 55 years old.
02 How can I be sure of my real estate investment in Saint Lucia?
Investments can only be made in a Government Approved Real Estate Project. At PassPro, we frequently visit the island and assess projects on-site in order to provide you with sound, accurate guidance on the finest projects and reputable developers. We will assist you in reviewing the contracts, selecting the finest properties that can be rented or sold after the holding period, and arranging the optimal deal for your requirements.
03 What makes investing in a St. Lucia second citizenship legal?
What makes the St. Lucia citizenship by investment programme legal is the presence of a Constitutional Act that specifies how an individual can acquire citizenship by investment and ensures that the citizenship granted is for life — meaning no one can revoke your St. Lucia citizenship even if the government changes in the future. The country's Constitutional Act describes in detail how a candidate can invest in citizenship by investment. The St. Lucia citizenship by investment programme requires the investor to submit an application through an authorised agent and invest in government funds or approved real estate projects, business ventures, or government bonds. In addition, the applicant must pass a due-diligence check and demonstrate a legitimate source of funds.
04 After I obtain my Saint Lucia citizenship, what resources will be available to me for the next steps?
We believe that acquiring a second citizenship is a partnership that lasts a lifetime, not a transaction. PassPro stays with you for the lifetime of the citizenship — handling passport renewals, adding newborns and family members, consular guidance, assistance opening bank accounts, and ongoing programme updates that affect you. No retainers, no recurring fees.
