The Programme
Grenada, in plain terms.
Grenada occupies a distinct position in the Caribbean CBI landscape: it is the only programme whose passport grants its holder eligibility for the United States E-2 Investor Visa treaty — a meaningful door into the American market for business-active principals. Beyond the E-2 advantage, Grenada offers strong visa-free access to China and a programme structure that includes a National Transformation Fund route alongside real estate.

Frequently asked
About the Grenada programme.
01 Do I need to submit a separate Grenada Citizenship by Investment application for each family member?
No, this is not necessary. Spouses and dependent children up to 30 years, eligible siblings 18 years and above, along with eligible parents aged 56+ can be included within the same Citizenship by Investment application submitted by the primary applicant.
02 How can I be sure of my real estate investment in Grenada?
Investments can only be made in a Government Approved Real Estate Project. At PassPro, we frequently visit the island and evaluate projects on-site in order to provide you with sound, up-to-date advice on the finest projects and reputable developers. We will assist you in reviewing the contracts, selecting the best properties that can be rented or sold after the holding period, and negotiating the optimal deal for your needs.
03 What makes investing in a Grenada second citizenship legal?
What makes the Grenada citizenship by investment programme legal is the existence of a Constitutional Act that specifies how an individual can acquire citizenship by investment and ensures that the citizenship granted is permanent — that is, no one can revoke your Grenada citizenship, even if the government changes in the future. The country's Constitutional Act describes in detail how an applicant can invest in Grenada's citizenship by investment programme. The investor must submit an application through an authorised agent and invest in government funds, approved real estate initiatives, business ventures, or government bonds. The applicant must also undertake a due-diligence investigation and demonstrate an authentic source of funds.
04 After I obtain my Grenada citizenship, what resources are available to me for the next steps?
We believe that acquiring a second citizenship is a relationship that lasts a lifetime, not a transaction. PassPro stays with you for the lifetime of the citizenship — handling passport renewals, adding newborns and qualifying family members, Grenada immigration and visa updates, consular guidance, and assistance opening bank accounts, among others. No retainers. No recurring fees.
