The Process

Four stages. One standard.

Every file we take moves through the same structured advisory process — from the first conversation to the moment a passport is in your hand. The stages are clear. The pace is measured. The standard does not bend for individual deals.

Why this matters

Most CBI firms process applications. We sit with you first.

The market is full of operators that will take your file the moment you ask, for the simple reason that they earn their fee on submission. PassPro works differently. We assess fit before we accept a file. We pre-approve before any financial commitment is made. We say no to applications we do not believe will pass — and we offer a full refund if a file we have accepted is denied. The process below exists because that posture is impossible without it.

Every file begins as a conversation.
  1. Stage 01

    At your convenience

    Initial Call

A discreet, confidential conversation. No paperwork. No commitment.

We listen first. The conversation covers where your life is — your circumstances, your priorities, the timeline you have in mind, and any constraints we should know about. We do not ask you for documents at this stage, and we do not press for a decision. You leave with a clearer sense of what a second citizenship would actually mean for your family, and we leave with enough understanding to know whether and how to take the conversation forward.

    What you provide
Candour, and the broad outline of your situation.
    What we deliver
Honest framing of which programmes might fit and which would not.
  2. Stage 02

    ~1 week

    Diagnosis

A senior assessment of which programmes fit, and why.

The Diagnosis is signed off by senior advisory — not by an associate — and contains a programme-by-programme analysis specific to your file. We surface trade-offs honestly: speed versus cost, family inclusion rules, residency requirements, visa-free reach, the relative strength of each programme's processing record. If two programmes fit equally, we say so and explain how to choose. If no programme is right for you, we tell you that too. That is the conversation most agents will not have.

    What you provide
A defined set of personal and financial information, shared confidentially.
    What we deliver
A written diagnostic memo with our recommendation and reasoning.
  3. Stage 03

    ~1 week

    Proposal

A formal written recommendation, all trade-offs disclosed.

The Proposal is the document on which you make your decision. It names the programme, the investment route, the family members included, the full cost picture (government fees, due-diligence costs, advisory fees, real estate where applicable), the expected timeline, and the risk areas worth knowing about. You take it away. You think about it. We do not pressure a decision in the room, and our fee is fixed regardless of the route you ultimately choose — the proposal is honest because we have no incentive to recommend the more expensive option.

    What you provide
Time to read carefully and surface any questions.
    What we deliver
A complete written proposal that you can share with your counsel.
  4. Stage 04

    ~3-6 months

    Approval & Citizenship

Pre-approval before commitment. End-to-end application management. Refund if denied.

Before you commit any funds, we pre-approve your file against the CBI unit's published standards — that screening is our work, on our time, with no obligation on your part. Only once pre-approval is sound do we collect documents, prepare the formal application, and submit through the authorised channel. We manage every step that follows: the due-diligence response, document attestations, real estate or fund routing, and the formal Oath where applicable. If you are denied after pre-approval, our fee and processing fees are refunded in full. We can offer this guarantee because we say no to files we do not believe will pass.

    What you provide
The document set (detailed below) and timely responses to due-diligence questions.
    What we deliver
A submitted application, every step managed, a passport in your hand on the other side.

"We say no to files we do not believe will pass. That is what makes the refund guarantee structurally possible."

Document set

What we'll ask you to provide.

Most clients are surprised by how much rigour the CBI units expect. The document set is deliberate — it allows the unit to verify identity, standing, and source of funds with no shortcuts. We help you assemble it piece by piece. You will not be sent a long list and left to figure it out.

  • 01

    Government-issued ID

Valid passport and, where available, driver's licence.

  • 02

Original, attested by the issuing country's Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

    Marriage certificate

Where applicable; same MoFA attestation requirement.

Twelve months at the time of application — proof of funds.

  • 05

    Proof of residence

Recent utility bill (or equivalent) showing your residential address.

From your country of citizenship and any country you have resided in for more than six months over the past ten years.

Letters, statements, deeds, sale documents, salary records — whatever evidences how the investment funds were earned.

  • 08

    Property reservation

Only if you are investing through the real estate route. We help you select and contract.

Our Full Refund Guarantee

Pre-approval before commitment. Refund if denied.

We do not take a file we do not believe will be approved. Every applicant we accept is pre-screened against the CBI unit's published standards before any commitment is made. If we accept your file and you are subsequently denied, you receive a full refund of our advisory fee and the processing fees we have collected.

We can offer this because we say no to files that won't pass. That is the single most important difference between PassPro and a volume processor.

After approval

The relationship doesn't end at citizenship.

Acquiring a second citizenship is a partnership that lasts a lifetime, not a transaction. After approval, PassPro stays with you for passport renewals, adding newborns and qualifying family members, consular guidance, and the steady drumbeat of programme updates that affect existing citizens. No retainers. No recurring fees. We are reachable when you need us.
